- Understand and implement the school’s vision and mission across all across the school aspects.
- Leads a school culture and environment that successfully develops the full range of students’ learning capacities – academic, creative, social-emotional, behavioral, and physical specifically in PSKG level.
- Prepares and oversees Preschool-Kindergarten school improvement plan; budgeting and compliance; and takes part in ensuring effective school resources management.
- Align the instructional and pedagogical practices with the overarching academic approach and philosophy of the school that is student centric.
- Works with and engages staff in shared vision for effective teaching and learning by implementing a standards-based curriculum, engaging and relevant to student needs and interests, research-based effective practice, academic rigor, and high expectations for student learning in every classroom.
- Monitors and supervises coordinators, teachers and staffs in implementing the school plan, program, curriculum, and events.
- To support the school management and non-teaching department in designing, review and implement the policies, procedures and guidelines for achieving highest standards quality of education to all school stakeholders.
- To ensure a safe, secure, nurturing and healthy learning environment for students.
- To ensure excellent relationship with parents driven by proactive communication, grievance handling and relationship building.
- To work closely with HR for recruitment, selection, training, development and management of the teachers and coordinators
- To ensure compliance with Affiliation and Accreditation Policies, Rules and Guidelines.
- Any other tasks as required by the school management/foundation.
- Minimum Master Degree, majoring in Education or related fields from reputable universities.
- Having at least 3 years of leadership experiences such as principal or vice principal, or 5 years as teacher coordinator or any relevant leadership position in preschool-kindergarten level.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written language (English & Bahasa Indonesia).
- High motivation and driven by a sense of ownership, empathy and passion.
- Excellent leadership ability and decision making skills.
- Strong analytical and system orientation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with students, parents, colleagues, and community members.
- Able to work under pressure and is a good ‘team player’
- Computer & Internet literate.
