- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Age Minimal 22 Years Old
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Having good Negotiation and Comunication Skill
- Good Knowledge in Labor Laws
- Having knowledge for handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Stationed at Site Project (Africa)
- Willing to work on site with long period of time
- Willing to Work under pressure
