Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Controlling the sales progress, and ensure the company sales target is achieved
- Make sure all processes are in place and provide solution whenever needed by the team
- Doing quantitative control, evaluation, analysis of sales work (number of visitors, transaction volume, transaction conversion ratio, etc.), summary report
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and external parties
- Monitory team performance in daily basis by updating the sales control situation and quickly formulate and execute action items for improvement
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years experiences in the smartphone industry
- Strong in people management with excellent interpersonal skills, good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make plans and break down tasks rationally
- Excellent experience in key account management
- Excellent communication in both in English and Mandarin
