Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Responsible for all operation of Mold maker/Repair/ modification follow schedule.
- Responsible to handling hot runner mold, slider & non slider mold.
- Responsible to make sure the mold manufacturing folder full fill completely & correct.
- Make sure that all mold making schedule done and will be finished on time.
- Responsible superior for trouble solving new mold.
- Responsible mold repair effective and solve problem (reduce possibility same problem happen).
- Implementation 6S at mold assembly & manual machine area.
- Submit nonconformity Mold defect during manufacture.
- Kaizen (Idea and Report).
 
Requirements:
- Minimum SMK from technical background
- Minimum 1 years’ experience on the same position or equivalent work experience.
- Able to handle manual machines, like drilling, milling turning etc..
- Knowledge of measurement instruments able to read drawings
- Able to assemble molds and repair slider and non slider mold
- Understand feedback from injection engineering
- Basic understanding of CNC machinery
- Able to handle hot runner mold with understand basic electrical
