Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities :
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to refine strategies
- Develop sales strategy and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with new clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients
- Participate in new product development by informing a demand and communicating with R&D and related departments
- Prepare and present regular sales reports
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree any major.
- Having experiences minimum 2 years in Manufactured Industry prefer from Principal Company (Ingredient for Cosmetic / Personal Care products)
- Good presentation skill, though, eager to learn, able to work with tight deadline and strive to achieve the target
- Communicative and have a pleasant personality
- Excellence in using Microsoft Office
- Applicants must be willing to work in MM2100 Cibitung – Bekasi
