General Requirements:
- Education: University graduated, preferably with 2 year-experience in related field and/or majoring in Industrial Engineering.
- Preferably experienced in relevant area: PPIC, Data Analysis, Production Analyst, Demand Planner
- Proficiency: in Microsoft Office: Excel, SAP
- Skill: Analytical skills, ability to make workloads priority to meet the deadlines ability coordinate and move forward on planned activities.
- Management Skills: Supervise, critical and analytical thinking.
- Leadership strong in field
Job description:
• Lead the planning of manufacturing process and controlling the inventory of raw materials to be produced into finished goods in plant factory
• Review and approval contract review
• Responsible for MPP, Raw material planing, production planning
• Make production order and release in SAP
• Make Good Issue and Good Receipt in SAP
• Coordination and distribute material to another departement as request
• Create purchase order based on production plan
• Monitor actual delivery vs plan delivery from supliers
• Monitor actual delivery vs plan delivery to Customer
• Consolidation meeting with supliers and customer for problem solving
• Consolidation meeting with customer about actual production vs plan production for booking vessel
