Job Details:

&nbsp

• Skilled professionals who install, repair and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration system HVAC
• Perform all routine, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance required base on CMMS work order issued by Supervisor and base on electrical maintenance procedure and instruction
• Maintain function/meggering test and inspection of motor, actuators, switchgear, transformer, protective relays and MV/LV Switchgear or MCC facilities
• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment defects to Electrical Supervisor and record it into hardcopy work order
• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies
• During mobilization period, take a part in commissioning test and record it into database
• Conduct of maintenance daily work with refer to Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety &amp environment rule implementation
• Conduct and maintain high standard for electrical Boiler maintenance work refer to quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness concern

Equipment to be covered:

&nbsp

As Electrical equipments area including:

• Mail Boiler (Tubing, Burner, Furnace, Sootbloower system, etc)
• Boiler Auxilarry system content with following system:

– Fuel/coal system (Silo, Feeder and Pulveriser)

– Air transport system (FD fan, PA Fan, Scanner Blower, etc)

– Flue gas system (Air Heater, ESP, ID Fan, Chimney).

• Bottom ash transport (Economiser, pyrite hopper, SSDC + its accessories) and Fly Transport System
• Auxiliary Boiler package, included fuel oil system
• Coal Handling System (Ship Unloader, Conveyor system, Stacker-Reclaimer, Crusher, etc)

Requirements :

&nbsp

• Holding Diploma Degree (D3) or Senior Technical High School majoring in Electrical engineering or Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning graduated from accredited college or university.
• Having one years more working experiences as Electrical Technician and Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Knowledge of power plant operation and maintenance.
• Understanding of planning, scheduling, reporting and analysis in maintenance work
• Understanding maintenance procedure refer to O&ampM manuals
