Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the plastic packaging division targeting B2B clients in the automotive industry.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the automotive sector.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
- Customer Acquisition: Lead the acquisition of new B2B clients in the automotive sector.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the automotive industry.
- Understand client needs and provide customized packaging solutions.
- Set sales targets for team members and provide guidance and support to achieve objectives.
- Communicate client requirements effectively to internal teams.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Provide management with insights into market trends, sales performance, and areas for improvement.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Oversee the development and management of contracts and agreements.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in sales operations.
 
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in plastic packaging manufacturing for the automotive industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of plastic packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and the automotive supply chain.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to inspire and drive a sales team toward ambitious targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
