Kinderfield-Highfield School Bekasi, is currently seeking for a professional employee to fill in the following position:
 
PUBLIC & PARENT RELATION (PPR) OFFICER
 
Roles and Responsibility:
- Effectively market the school and its programs to prospective families organizing and conducting the Open House together with the School Principals and handling the needed promotions or marketing strategies to promote the Open House.
- Analyze the application of prospective students based on standard admission policies (liaise with the Admission Team).
- Follow up the prospective students and parents for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails escorting parents around the school facilities corresponding and informing class trials schedules, etc.
- Handling, documenting and disseminate all complaints or queries raised by enquirers, visitors, prospective and current parents and bringing such to the attention of the Principals and/or Division Leaders.
- Provide support to organize and conduct school promotion activities as part of marketing strategies to promote the school such as: school events, education fair, exhibitions or editorials, etc being PIC to contact third party vendors for events and/or marketing purposes.
- Proceed the application of prospective students and/or transfer students based on standard admission policies (liaise with the Admission Team from Teaching Department).
- To arrange meetings with the Principals for prospective parents – if required
- Coordinating and control records and documents relating to application and enrolment of students in terms of collection of school fees and issuance of receipts (in coordination with Finance Department & Academic Department)
- Keeping track of student numbers in schools and manage database of students’ information, telephone logs and parents’ feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
 
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any relevant major 
- Familiar with international curriculum (Cambridge or IB) will be an advantage
- Good administration skills and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia (Verbal & Written)
- Self-driven, interactive, energetic and able to work under pressure
- Computer & Internet literate
- Able to work cooperatively in a team or independently
- Able to start working immediately
- Willing to work on Saturday
- Full-time position
