Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, PPIC, SHE and IR&GA Department to develop and execute Manufacturing strategies, including Manufacturing sourcing material, planning, scheduling and logistics
- Drive safety, quality delivery and cost initiatives down through the organization with clearly defined and actionable plans
- Improve, sustain and report KPI performance leverage data to prioritize actions and drive continuous improvement
- Drive customer satisfaction through strict adherence to product specifications, open communication and timely follow-up
- Manage and continuously develop a world-class manufacturing team
- Develop and manage the Operation’s operating budget ensure achievement of financialobjectives
 
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture or equivalent 
- At least 10 years of working experience in the same field 
- Prior experience in Export and Rattan Manufacturing exposure is preferred
- Willing to work in Cirebon 
- Preferably Managers, specializing in Rattan Manufacturing
