Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Capital areas.
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and validate employees absences, approve or reject employee leave, and carry out corrective actions such as coaching and counseling for employees who have problems with absenteeism.
- Payroll accuracy: ensure that the calculation of monthly salaries, weekly wages, overtime, and their components is correct and accurate.
- Benefits: records registration and termination of Jamsostek/BPJS. Process medical claims from employees and other benefit components.
- Monitor the implementation of employee contracts and manage employee databases (employee personal data, promotion data, transfers, demotions, terminations, SP data, and other supporting data).
- Disseminate information regarding company regulations and other information. This can be done by writing communication letters, warning letters, and so on.
- Coordinate the provision of personnel data, such as absenteeism, turnover, work accident rates, etc.
