Get to Know the Role
As a Teacher for CURIOOkids Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in shaping the intellectual and social development of our learners. The primary responsibility is to create a positive and stimulating learning environment, deliver engaging lessons, and facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and skills. You are responsible for understanding the unique needs of learners, showcasing CURIOOkids’ diverse and innovative curriculum, and building lasting relationships to help bridge the gap between young learners and valuable skills.
Responsibilities:
- Classroom management (Including how to handle students, ensuring supplies needed are ready, etc.)
- Develop and improve lesson plans
- Create educational engaging activities and events that will interest children
- Ensure learning environment is always safe, fun , positive and nurturing
- Participate in recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events if needed
- Develop good rapport with parents
- Student management (Monitor, track and help students improve and develop)
- Team player who is willing to go the extra mile
- Helps and is involved with any marketing activities
- Data analytics and problem solving skills
Requirements
- 2 + years’ of teaching experience in Kindergarten/Primary level
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work
- A team player with a growth and ‘Can do’ mindset
- Speaks Fluent English
- Willing to work (and be placed) in Bintaro/West Jakarta/Cikarang for 2 days/week (Weekends)
