INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Role Objective
Develop and administer business development plans and processes to generate new/ additional business, maximize profit and grow market share in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.
Role Responsibilities
- Execute business development plans and processes to achieve targeted customer growth and retention rate, revenue targets and budgets
- Deliver projects and initiatives to develop new business and maximize exposure forDHL amongst targeted prospects
- Prospect new business development opportunities through market research, developing marketing initiatives, and other method
- Develop leads, conduct pre-proposal visitations, prepare proposals and conduct negotiations to close
Job Requirements
- Having at minimum 4 years experience in Supply Chain/Logistics with at minimum 2 years in key account management
- Having in-depth knowledge of supply chain process and account management
- Written and verbal English proficiency
- Written and verbal Mandarin proficiency
- Minimum bachelor degree from any major
