Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Preferably GM/Senior Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the Project Management is required for this position.
- Minimum had experience handle high rise and residential project.
- Proven have a excellent in timeline project management, civil, construction, decision making, and establish plan.
- Able to make a good negotiation, and wisely in situational leadership
 
Job Descriptions:
- Preparation of procedures / working methods, schedule and budget of the project in order to run an effective and efficient process.
- Develop a project plan workforce needs to match with the required manpower planning.
- Control and Monitoring activity the project development.
- Examines the progress of the project that made by the site manager.
