Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering, architect, construction management, or a related field
- At least 2 Year of working experience in purchasing, procurement, or quality control roles
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and quality control principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprint, and construction documents
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills

Job Descriptions
- Conducting purchases for high-value items
- Negotiating, prices, payment methods, delivery schedules, and other terms
- Monitoring and following up on the progress of Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), both pending and approved, to be completed as planned or required
- Checking each incoming PR for compliance with applicable regulations
- Seeking out new suppliers, compiling and selecting quality supplier data based on price, quality, timeliness of delivery, and service
- Collaborating and coordinating in inspections/checks on each incoming item
- Monitor construction processes, including foundation laying, framing, and finishing work to identify and address quality issues in real-time
