Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities :
- The primary responsibility entails overseeing the expansion of sales for all SCHÜTZ products and services within the designated region. This role will emphasize the development of accounts and the strategic management of SCHÜTZ’s product portfolio in Indonesia.
 
- To drive increased sales of  SCHÜTZ IBC, Drum & STS products by not only meeting but surpassing the agreed-upon sales targets. This will be achieved through the creation of nes projects and expanding our market share within our key customer base.
 
- To act as an ambassador for SCHÜTZ within the market, conducting oneself in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
 
- To establish the firm as the preferred supplier for top-quality packaging solutions, earning respect within the broader market. 
 
- To stay well-informed about developments in the industrial packaging sector within designated region, including closely monitoring our competitors activities. This Knowledge will enable us to achieve sustainable sales growth.
 
- To cultivate, sustain and enhace relationships with customers while identifying market trend, needs and opportunities and translating them into successful business endeavors.
 
- To support the General Manager in energizing the sales efforts and contributing to team development.
 
- Additional tasks as assigned.
