The HSE Senior Manager is in charge of overseeing the health, safety and environment department in operations & projects.
Client Details
The client is a leading building material company.
Description
Operations:
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures.
- Monitor environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Construction / project:
- Monitoring, control daily activities to ensure safe working condition and no accident until the project is completed
- Manage external contractors and subcontracts to ensure the compliance of safety best practices
- Provide safety training
- Prepare HSE daily reports
Profile
- Possesses ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Internal (Lead ) auditor certification
- Owns AK3U and/or AK3 Construction
- Having experience in Construction /Project for at least 5 years AND Operation/Manufacturing operations for at least 7 years.
- Fluent in English
