Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for procedures, standards, safe work practices development based on relevant government regulations, industry best practices, national/international standards
- Design and conduct inhouse HSE related trainings (including development of training modules)
- Act as catalyst for building HSE culture within organisation
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, or Occupational Health and Safety
- Minimum 5 year’ experience HSE system implementation and development
- Strong HSE mindset with ability to understand and recite relevant standards
- Professionally certified in Occupational Health and Safety
- Familiar with auditing process
- Certified as trainer (BNSP certification)
- Capable of developing training modules and manage inhouse trainings
- Understand industry best practices in HSE, particularly Petrochemical/Oil & Gas industry
- Capable of developing HSE standards and procedures
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Structured work and enjoy working with plans and planning
- A highly motivated self-starter (must be capable of working unsupervised and performing at a high level in a safety critical role
- Process-based and analytical thinking (PDCA cycle)
