Requirements :
 
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor degree in Animal Husbandry / Veterinarian
- Min 4 years experience in related position (Breeding Farm Manager)
- Understand the process of operational production activities in the Breeding farm.
- Excellent time management, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team motivating and encouraging staff.
- Have good communication and analytical skills.
 
Responsibilities :
 
- Achieve productivity, performance and quality target for farm products
- Ensure the smooth process of handling chicken mortality rate and achieve maximum production capacity on the farm
- Evaluate data related to productivity, performance and use of chicken feed on the farm
- Ensure facilities and infrastructure (internal & external) on the farm run well so as not to disrupt the production process
