Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Establish strategies and monitor the implementation of all maintenance and repair activities for production machines so that all machines can operate optimally
 
General Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Food Safety Management System, Maintenance, WIP, Manufacturing, Management, Predictive ,Preventive, and Corrective Maintenance System
- Preferably Manager specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.
- Preparing the budget and ensuring maintenance costs are in line with the plan.
- To manage, lead & supervise the Maintenance department at the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure the implementation of machine repairs complies with the applicable regulatory standards
- Ensure the implementation of machine settings/trouble shooting for problem machines has been carried out properly.
- Make a schedule based on the schedule from the manual book, historical data, and spare part specifications
- Ensure that new machines are trialled concurrently with vendors
- To monitor production process according to specifications & requirements.
- Placement in Majalengka – West Java.
