Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the full end-to-end global talent acquisition process
- Source global talent through innovative and creative platforms
- Identify candidates that have the skill and experience for a specific role
- In addition, identify candidates that are aligned with our unique culture
- Approach, entice and headhunt potential candidates to join our global team
- Build strong internal relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders
- Ensure all talent acquisition documentation is accurate, validated and stored correctly
Requirement :
- Education min. S1 Psychology
- Experience as a Recruiter min. 1 years
- Understand and be able to use the tool Psychology Test
- Be able to establish cooperative relationships with external agencies, e.g. Colleges, schools, Disnaker, etc.
- Ready to join immediately
- Good communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Willing to be Placed in Head Office

- Selasa: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Rabu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Kamis: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Jum’at: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
- Tanggal mulai kerja: 01 July 2024
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp5,000,000 – Rp7,000,000 per bulan
