- Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Ensure seamless execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Spearhead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
⛩️ Requirements
- Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in the food processing industry or FMCG is a plus
- Willing to relocate to Majalengka
