Job Details:
Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting: Provide feedback to the civil supervisor on planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Implementation and Feedback: Implement civil procedures and instructions and Provide feedback to the supervisor for any necessary revisions.
Safety Protocols: Participate in safety toolbox briefings with helpers and contractors during regular workdays and outage periods.
Data Management: Record and collect data on repairs, calibrations, testing, and measurement results of civil equipment and facilities.
Modification Proposals: Suggest modification ideas to the civil supervisor for further consideration.
Construction and Mobilization: Identify and report as many Recommended For Improvement (RFI) items as possible during the mobilization and construction periods.
Database Statistics: Create statistical databases for review by the civil supervisor related to civil maintenance work.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to Permit To Work (PTW) protocols and company safety and environmental rules in daily civil maintenance activities.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
- Conduct fault troubleshooting and analysis for daily minor problems in main equipment with priority 3 category.
- Perform hands-on civil maintenance inspections and repairs, particularly for minor, non-priority, and non-critical issues.
Policy Implementation:
- Implement company policies on quality, safety, health, and environment.
- Be aware of and contribute to achieving QEHS policy objectives and programs.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the QEHS management system and compliance.
- Monitor QEHS performance for outsourcing, procurement, and contractors.
Workplace Safety: Take responsibility for preventing work-related injuries and illnesses, and ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
Risk Management: Manage actions to address risks and opportunities related to quality, environment, security, and OHS, including identifying and mitigating hazards.
Worker Participation: Ensure worker participation and consultation in emergency response preparedness, near-miss or hazard reporting, environmental observations, and process failure identification and corrective actions.
 
 
Job Qualification 
- Hold minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering graduated from accredited college or university (D3/S1) 
- Having 3 years working experiences at Coal Firing Power Plant/Heavy Industry is preferred and 2 years as Civil Technician
- Ability to work well and communication with others and self-directed
- Proficient in English (written and verbally)
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CMMS (Maximo)
- Knowledge of power plant operation and maintenance
- Ability with strong communication skills with using computers (MS Office Suite, emails, CMMS, other software’s)
- Hands on for basic civil repairing and maintenance/inspection work and civil tools usage
- Understanding civil maintenance procedure refer to O&M manuals
- Understanding of detail civil preventive and corrective maintenance
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software both of 2D and 3D drawing
- Familiar with 3D modeling tools.
