Job Description:
- Creating business models, planning, and driving innovation to increase the number of visits and revenue of the hospital
- Conducting market analysis and benchmarking to better understand patient needs at the hospital’s location, grasp business opportunities, and as a basis for planning appropriate strategies
- Establishing and developing business relationships with the surrounding environment of the hospital or other external parties (government agencies, public institutions, companies, etc.) to manage referrals
- Evaluating, improving, and designing information and communication media related to the hospital’s healthcare products and services to ensure effective and efficient information dissemination
- Creating and analyzing healthcare service packages of the hospital based on the needs of departments/services existing in the hospital for the improvement of hospital service quality
Requirement:
- Energetic, approachable, and passionate
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Demonstrates the ability to lead and coordinate teams
- Openness to ongoing changes and new assigned tasks
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Willing to be placed in Cirebon
