About The Company:
- The working venue is in South Jakarta.
- Our client is a Cloud Services company. Currently, they are looking for Sr. Network Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement network solutions to meet business needs.
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches L3, firewalls, load balancers, VPN). - Network Maintenance and Support:
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot network issues and resolve problems in a timely manner. - Security Management:
Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Conduct regular security audits and create strategies for disaster recovery. - Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and service records.
Provide regular reports on network performance, issues, and improvements. - Collaboration and Training:
Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of network systems.
Train and support staff on network and security best practices. - Measurable Metrics (Rocks):
Uptime: Maintain 99.9% network uptime.
Response Time: Resolve network issues within 2 hours of ticket creation.
Security: Achieve zero security breaches per quarter.
Documentation: Update network documentation within 24 hours of any change. - Core Competencies:
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in network infrastructure, protocols, and security.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve network issues.
Attention to Detail: Ensure meticulous documentation and configuration.
Communication: Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any major.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Network Engineer preferable in IT solutions.
- Maximum 40 years old.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to join immediately.
