We’re seeking a dynamic FA Supervisor to lead our Financial Advisors in the Micro Banking sector. This pivotal role involves driving the growth of our deposit portfolio, achieving targets, and promoting pre-qualified loans within the Retail segment. Reporting to the Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager, this position also entails matrix reporting to the Sales Manager of Micro Banking.

Key Responsibilities: - Understanding and addressing customer needs, including complaint resolution.
- Organizing and coordinating the schedules of FA representatives.
- Identifying potential leads.
- Recruiting, training, and managing new FA representatives.
- Managing sales leads reporting.
- Daily supervision of FA representatives and assistants.
- Responding to customer inquiries and follow-up questions.
- Collaborating with the FA team to close sales.
- Tracking performance and sales metrics, including customer visits.
- Achieving sales targets and goals.
- Implementing strategic and tactical initiatives.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of one year’s experience as a UM/BM/Sales Manager Bank.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in analytical thinking, sales, and negotiation.
- Capable of building robust stakeholder relationships.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated with a drive for results.
