HR Generalist

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Psychology, or HR Management
• Having more than a year of work experience in related field
• Knowing the basic recruitment process
• Knowing BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu) and BPJS TK (SIPP)
• Understand HRD procedures and General Labor Rules
• Able to work in employee administration carefully
• Fully Covid-19 vaccinated
• Ready to be placed in head office Sukatani, Purwakarta
• Able to join ASAP.

Responsibility:

1. Doing recruitment process to fulfill human resource need Monitoring absence, paid leave, &amp doing payroll manually
2. Doing administration control to employee document such as making and extend employment aggrement, complement of employee data, archieving, and making letter related to employee
3. Managing BPJS Kesehatan with Edabu and operating BPJS Ketenagakerjaan with SIPP (Include claming JKK, JKM, JHT)
4. Communicating all related to the employee with HR on sites
