ABOUT THE CLIENT: A leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial consumer products
 
POSITION: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER 
 
JOB LOCATION: West Java, Indonesia
 
SALARY: IDR 20,000,000 to IDR 50,000,000 per month (depending on experience, qualifications and most recent compensation) + other benefits included in the compensation package
 
JOB SUMMARY: 
- He/She is expected to manage sales teams and set targets to measure firm performance
- He/She will build lasting relationships with key clients, providing long-term profitability for the business
- He/She will keep track of all sales done nationwide
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Must be Chinese-speaking with proven experience as National Sales Manager or equivalent
- Must have experience developing distribution of industrial consumer products at the national or regional level with a multi-distributor or direct distribution
system - Must have deep knowledge of Indonesian market conditions
- Must be strong in concept and planning in sales development
- Must be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Must be able to lead his/her national sales team members to achieve their individuals sales targets
- Must be willing to be assigned in West Java, Indonesia
