Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Business/Accounting Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective business and accounting lessons to students in KS4. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business and accounting concepts, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality business and accounting lessons in line with the National Curriculum for England.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience teaching business and accounting at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
