Job Description:
- Plan and organize seasonal new Color and Material Developments
- Plan and organize the Development color Team activities
- Follow up the planning from the PPIC
- Communicate and liaise with Suppliers, Customers and Development
- Follow up of Commerce Process with all Relevant Communication Gates
- Follow up Framas and Customer Quality and Material Testing Requirements
- Responsible for getting Color Projects successful into Production.
- Conduct Team/Resource Management for new materials of products
- Plan and Check Pigment and Material for Development Stage
- Responsible to approve Article Document Online for Color running in Production
- Arrange Overtime and approve it in Payroll
- Report in Regular Basis regarding Color and Material Development Status
- Perform other work as instructed by superiors that within the scope of the company
- Follow KPI’s and Project Targets
Requirements:
- University degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a management-level position related to Plastic Materials and Colors is a plus.
- Knowledge of color matching in plastics, color testing, plastic materials, material handling, and injection molding.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and an attitude of continuous improvement.
