Requirement:
- Minimal bachelor’s degree from all majors.
- Minimal 3 years of work experience as an Area Sales Manager or related position.
- Have good negotiation skills.
- Have good communication dan collaboration skills.
- have the ability to analyze data.
Main Responsibility:
- Plan a strategy to achieve the targets set by the company.
- Ensuring product coverage & distribution processes reach the closest point to consumers.
- Can lead and optimize the team in the area to carry out the strategy and achieve targets in all sub-areas (territories).
- Mapping, analyzing, and explaining the potential market, as a form of operational excellence for developing areas.
- Make analysis & reports for developing and achieving targets in a sustainable manner in the area.
