Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Reporting to Owner, you will plan, set up, implement, and evaluate human resources policies, programmes, and practices as well as employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive, plan, and implement end-to-end HR functions
2. Set objectives for the HR team, track progress and manage budgets for the growth of the company and the employees
3. Design, evaluate and implement payroll system, absent, compensation and benefits strategy
4. Manage external relationship (Ormas, Perijinan Lingkungan Hidup, local government and local people)
5. Set up and ensure SOP runs well in each division
6. Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Psychology or Engineering
2. Proven track record in end-to-end HR within manufacturing industries
3. Strong in stakeholder management
4. Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English
5. Good knowledge of local Employment and Labour law
6. Proven ability in setting up human resources policies, programmes and practices
