Qualifications & experience
- S1 Food tech , chemistry, Microbiology
- age max 45 years or minimum 5 years as QAQC manager in the same field
- Experience as QA & QC manager in Beverages/ Pharmaceutical / Chemical industr understand the DAIRY industry is the most preferable
- willing to be placed to stay within Factory’s area and work long hours including weekend if needed
- hands on the GMP , Halal, HACCP, FSSP , ISO and training
Tasks & responsibilities
- manage the QA & QC for the entire production to compile with the standard GMP
- train and develop competencies of the tea
- report to Factory Manager
