Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Full in-charge for all Export activities
- Maintain communication with internal and external customers
- Manage Internal Team to perform as per KPI customer
- Prepare and submit report to external and internal as per required format dan deadline
- Anticipate any mishap in export ops activities
- Ability to deal with stressful workload situations, effectively organizing and prioritizing work to meet urgent requirement
- Knowledge of Export Control, International Trade Regulations, Dangerous Goods are preferable
- Placement: Merak or Bekasi
Qualification:
- Education at least S1, any major
- Good in English (both written and spoken)
- Min experience in export process (at least 3 years)
- Has experience in warehouse operational (at least 3 years)
- Has experience in Freight Forwarding industry as an advantage
- Has full knowledge of export clearance process and export documentation
- Familiar with WMS, SAP EWM system and Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PP, etc)
- Has capability in working with data processing (xl) related, power point
- Accustomed to making presentations, conveying ideas, arguing
