Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Determine the priority and sequence of maintenance work based on urgency and impact on operations.
- Coordinate with production team and related departments to determine the most appropriate time to carry out maintenance.
- Create and manage work orders for all maintenance activities, including assigning tasks to technicians.
- Analyze the spare parts needed in the area of responsibility to be proposed to the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor, especially in Wafer & Biscuit Products.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Have a good knowledge and skills of production processes and machinery.
- Have a good understanding of Six Sigma.
- Experienced in evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed, and quality, and implementing new ones as required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka, West Java.
