Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Resposibilities:
- Carry out the installation and maintenance of hardware and software used by users so that they function properly.
- Follow up on incoming complaints related to hardware and software from users (by email, verbally, telephone, and other media) and help resolve the problem.
- Carry out the administration of IT goods purchases and inventory hardware and software in the Business Unit (SBU) System.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management/Information Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Information Technology areas.
- Available to join immediately
- Willing to be placed in Plant Cicalengka, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat
