Requirements:
- Minimum education SMA/SMK, all majors
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Retail Supervisor
- Able to work in team or individually
- Experience in driving distribution, revenue, and team growth.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership skills and and problem-solving abilities.
- Good personality, friendly, honest, discipline, and confidence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must Having a Driving License (SIM A and SIM C) active
- Placement in all West Java
Job desk:
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
- Manage daily operations (team management)
- Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP
- Understand product knowledge and ability to communicate it to customers effectively
- Managing objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Assisting with the selling of our store’s products and services and assisting to maximize sales.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Making a sales report and sales planning
- Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers’ problems.
