Deskripsi Pekerjaan
REQUIREMENT:
- Possess a diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Min 3 years above experience mostly in Consultant Construction Company
- English Beginner – Intermediate for Business Level (oral & written)
- Strong communication skills, Team player with adaptability and flexibility, Good analytical thinking and attention to detail, Professional work ethic with a client-focused approach, Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- TKBT (Teknik Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja), AK3 Umum/Konstruksi certification, SKK (Muda) related certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Experience with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD, Familiarity with BIM software.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct field quality control observations and inspections to verify compliance with approved working/shop drawings.
- Adhere to Meinhardt’s QA procedures and prepare the necessary documentation.
- Witness material testing to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Perform surveys as needed and assist with office duties when required.
- Maintain a daily site diary to document construction progress and quality.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on site activities.
- Report directly to the Construction Manager/Resident Site Engineer on site activities and findings.
- Collaborate with the construction team to confirm daily attendance and inspections.
- Proactively address any Health and Safety issues observed on-site.
- Commit to continuous professional development (CPD) and maintain training records.
- Implement and maintain effective Environmental Management Systems aligned with ISO 14001, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
- Uphold Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in line with ISO 45001, fostering a safe work environment.
- Establish a robust quality management system based onproject quality ISO 9001, ensuring consistent quality across projects.
