Deskripsi Pekerjaan
This is on-site role located in Majalengka for an Operational Manager Warehouse. The Operational Manager Warehouse will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and team management. The Operational Manager Warehouse will ensure efficient and effective processes to meet customer demands, maintain quality standards, and great performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics / 3PL company
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems / inventory accuracy
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving and decision making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management System and MS Office (especially Ms. Excel & Power point)
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks
- Will be placed in Majalengka
