Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree all major
- Have min. 2 years of experience handling the same role (preferred FMCG or cosmetic industry experience)
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, good planning and a high sense of responsibility
- Home-based: BANDUNG
Job Description:
- Directly responsible for achieving the revenue targets for the territory
- Develop and maintain sales strategies to increase sales of the company’s products
- Maintain good long-term relationships with distributors or clients
- Manage the sales team to drive sales growth in the assigned area
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends
- Prepare regular reports and contribute to regular meetings to review sales performance
