Asisten Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Responsibilities
- Responsibilities Translation: Help translate company documents from Indonesian to Mandarin and vice versa.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication through oral and written translation.
- Administrative support: Provide administrative support for daily operational needs.
- Other tasks: Assist with other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field. Have HSK 4 or above.
- Cheerful personality, honest and trustworthy, good image and temperament, good workplace etiquette, good language and writing skills, independent work ability and good work promotion ability, strong learning ability, good communication skills, good writing skills, able to adapt to the environment quickly, keen insight , proficient in office software and automation equipment.
- More than 2 years of experience as assistant to the general manager and secretary, rich management experience.
- Able to quickly master various knowledge related to the company’s business.
- Good teamwork awareness and good communication, organization and coordination skills.
