Qualification :
- Background Education : Bachelor Degree in any major field
- Preferably with at least 3 – 5 years of experience in FMCG indutsry (mandatory)
- handling corporate/B2B sales with proven sales track records
- Ability to strive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines
- Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail in composing, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Has a wide/strong B2B business network
Job Descprition :
- Develop, build and manage the corporate sales channel which includes bulk volume or wholesale selling and key accounts management to meet revenue targets
- Prepare sales pitches and materials for business presentations and proposals leading to sales closure
- Take the lead to execute the sales & marketing strategy of the corporate sales channel to achieve or exceed the sales target
- Prospect new customers through cold calling, sales calls, direct mailers, networking, following up on leads generated
- Work closely with internal stakeholders from Merchandising, Retail Operations and Marketing teams etc. to develop effective corporate sales initiatives
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and receivables based on agreed payment terms
- Uses data to analyze sales results and develop plans to drive better sales performance and initiative
