Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Managing customer relationships: Maintaining good relations between customer (tenants/visitors/customer and the property management)
- Handling complaints: Receiving and following up on complaints from tenants and customers
- Handling Renovation/Fitting Out: Giving permit, supervising, and ensure all activities comply to the regulation
- Providing guidance: Supervising and providing guidance to the tenant relation staff
- Coordinating with departments: Working with other departments, such as engineering, housekeeping, and fit out, to ensure maintenance and repairs are carried out on schedule
- Preparing reports: Preparing weekly and monthly reports, as well as reports on complaints and their resolution
- Implementing policies: Carrying out the policies, instructions, tasks, and directions set by management
Requirement:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 10 years of experience in tenant relations in retail/shopping center
- Good understanding at all aspect of building management
- A hard-working attitude
- A pleasant and energetic personality
- A customer-oriented focus
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bogor
- Experienced with AutoCAD and Mechanical Electrical Plumbing will be advantages
