Basic Requirement:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, all majors
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar position.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, problem solving and decision making capabilities.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong project management skills ability to lead projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other production efficiency methods.
- Experience in textile operations is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop production plans and allocate resources to ensure efficient production processes.
- Manage and oversee the entire production process From raw material intake to finished product.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring adherence to production targets and deadlines.
- Optimize production efficiency by monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor product quality at various stages of the production process, implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards and minimize defects.
- Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Review and evaluate current of Production Management System and come up with new ideas as well improvement.
- Prioritize and oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.
- Partner with all business units/teams to achieve company KPIs, objectives, mission and vision.
