Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in Tourism and Hospitality majors are preferred.
- At least 5 – 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong Knowledge in hospitality products and rates.
- Familiar with Reports, Targets, and Market segments.
- Should be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Mastering various skills such as managerial, problem solving, leadership, hospitality and interpersonal
- Solid knowledge of Ms. Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Must have a strong leadership, assertive communication and ability to develop people.
- Maximum age of 45.

Job Description:
- Lead in all aspects of business planning, manage key hotel issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment.
- Establish the hotel’s reputation for quality with a hands-on approach regarding operations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive bookings and revenue
- Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure the property operates efficiently and profitably
- Achieve all financial and business targets
