Education and Experience :
- Minimum education is D3 / S1 Polytechnic, Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in the field of WTP production & processing (preferably industrial scale)
- Willing to work in a shift system
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations and Monitoring
- Operate and monitor water treatment equipment, including filters, pumps, tanks, valves, and control systems.
- Adjust system controls to ensure optimal performance and water quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment and systems.
2. Testing and Quality Control
- Perform routine tests on water samples to monitor pH levels, turbidity, chlorine levels, and other parameters.
- Record test results accurately and report deviations from quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions to address any quality or operational issues.
3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Conduct preventive and routine maintenance of water treatment equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues promptly.
- Assist in the repair or replacement of faulty equipment.
4. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain detailed logs of plant operations, test results, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on plant performance and compliance.
