– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in microbiology within the food and beverage industry, preferably dairy.
– Proficient in microbiological testing methods, equipment, and analysis (e.g., PCR, ELISA).
– Strong understanding of food safety standards (ISO, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations).
– Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
– GOOD personality
– Familiarity with Indonesian food safety regulations and international standards.
– Proficiency in data analysis tools and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
– Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
