Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customer needs
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Escalate unresolved queries and redirect problems to correct resources when needed
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
  • Troubleshoot common issues with service
  • Work with the team and other departments to find appropriate solutions to customer complaints or needs

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must have at least a (SMA, SMK, SLTA), or equivalent
  • 1 years of work experience in the freight forwarding, logistics or exim company / Fresh graduate from related university (transportation/ logistics/ exim) welcome
  • Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written (English, Bahasa Indonesia)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Multitasking and organisational skills
  • Able to work between &lt8:30am-17:30 pm&gt, 5 days a week and half day on saturday
