About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HCGA Manager to join our team at PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Human Capital & General Affairs department, ensuring the smooth running of HR and administrative functions across our operations in Majalengka, West Java.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s overall business objectives
- Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of our workforce
- Managing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary processes and conflict resolution
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Streamlining HR processes and implementing efficient systems and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Analysing HR metrics and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions
- Fostering a positive, inclusive and employee-centric work culture
What we’re looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR management role, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, proficiency in HR information systems, and a keen eye for detail
- Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, innovative, and committed to driving positive change
