What You’ll Be Doing?
- Implement and monitor the company’s environmental management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 standards.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental regulations, including air, water, waste, and hazardous materials management.
- Conduct regular environmental audits, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Prepare and submit required environmental reports, permits, and documentation to regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental best practices into operational processes.
- Provide awareness programs for employees on environmental policies and compliance requirements.
- Investigate environmental incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
What We’re Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Max. 3 years of experience in environmental management and compliance, preferably in the petrochemical or industrial sector, fresh graduated are welcomed to apply.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Experience with permitting processes and liaising with regulatory authorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in environmental data analysis and reporting tools.
